Terms of sale

These terms apply to orders placed on MiliedMalta, which is operated by Housewares, 199, St Thomas Street, Fgura, Malta.

Orders

Placing an order reserves the items for you. The contract of sale is completed when you collect and pay for the items in store. We may cancel an order if an item turns out to be unavailable or a price is clearly wrong, and we will tell you if we do.

Prices and payment

Prices are in euro and include VAT. You pay in store when you collect, using the payment methods accepted at the shop. No payment is taken online.

Collection

We will email you when your order is ready. Please collect it within 7 days. If it is not collected in that time, we may cancel the order and return the items to stock.

Changing or cancelling an order

You can cancel an order at any time before collection by contacting us. Because you see and pay for the items in store, you can also decide not to take any item when you collect.

Returns and faulty goods

Your rights under Maltese consumer law are not affected. Please keep your receipt and contact us if an item is faulty.
